Derry Nixon McQuade are working with a well-established law firm based in Derry who may be keen to speak with experienced legal support professionals for an office-based role. This would suit someone based in Derry / the North West who has experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate or Legal Executive and is interested in joining a busy local practice.
The Role
- Supporting solicitors across a range of legal matters, with duties likely to include:
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Carrying out legal research and file preparation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, courts and third parties
- Managing case files and keeping records up to date
- Providing wider administrative support to the legal team
The Person
- Previous experience in a legal support, paralegal or legal assistant role
- Strong document drafting and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with clients and managing competing priorities
- A preference for an office-based role in Derry / the North West
