The Role:

  • Advising clients in accordance with Northern Ireland family law and procedure
  • Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits and correspondence
  • Conducting advocacy in the Family Proceedings Court
  • Engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions
  • Liaising with external agencies where required
  • Maintaining accurate file management in line with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management

The Person:

  • 5 years PQE
  • Experience in children order and domestic violence cases
  • Highly organised
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills
