We are working with a leading international firm in Belfast who are actively seeking a Legal Secretary to join their expanding Northern Ireland team. This position will involve supporting Fee Earners within a busy litigation environment, assisting with the day-to-day progression of cases across a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to varied work, providing full administrative support to ensure files are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
The Person:
- 2+ years experience working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm.
- Experience within litigation or a busy legal environment is desirable.
- Strong audio typing and document production skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team.
