This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland's most highly regarded employment law teams. The firm is recognised as a market leader in employment law, acting for a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working on a broad range of complex and high-value employment matters.
You will play a key role in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues, with the opportunity to take ownership of cases and contribute to the continued growth and development of the team.
You will be involved in a wide variety of employment law matters, including:
- Advising on and litigating complex discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal claims
- Providing strategic advice on employment disputes and risk management
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and related documentation
- Supporting clients through employment tribunals and other dispute resolution processes
- Building long-term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
