We are working with a leading, progressive National law firm seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team, specialising in Real Estate Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality transactions within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

Role Overview:

You will support on a range of real estate finance transactions, with a strong focus on the property aspects, including title work, due diligence, and security documentation, while delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing real estate finance and security documentation
  • Examining and reporting on Land Registered and Sasine titles
  • Preparing and reviewing certificates of title
  • Advising on leases, servitudes, and property related matters
  • Managing searches, registrations, and conditions precedent
  • Supporting transactions through to completion and post settlement
  • Maintaining strong client communication throughout

Candidate Profile:

  • Scottish qualified solicitor (dual qualification desirable)
  • 2–10 years’ PQE in real estate or real estate finance
  • Strong experience in title examination and transaction management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, confident, and client-focused
