Nixon McQuade are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded International Law Firm based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified - 3 years PQE Solicitor. Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Solicitor to join its innovative Digital Legal Delivery team. This role combines legal expertise with technology driven solutions to deliver complex disputes and litigation work more efficiently.

Role

  • Undertake document review, due diligence and other disputes-related legal work.
  • Deliver high quality, fee earning legal services on large scale and complex matters.
  • Conduct quality control and provide feedback to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supervise trainees and legal analysts where appropriate.
  • Maintain up to date legal knowledge and ensure accurate time recording.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year's PQE, including at least 6 months' disputes/litigation experience (NQs will be considered).
  • Experience in a commercial legal environment, ideally within private practice.
  • Strong background in litigation, document review, disclosure or other disputes-related work.
  • Interest in legal technology, AI and process improvement.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
