Salary: Competitive DOE We are working with an established Belfast law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of its office.
This is a broad role combining office management responsibilities with a small amount of legal casework.
The firm handles a high volume of defence litigation matters, so the position would suit someone who is comfortable working in a busy legal environment and taking ownership of both operational and file-related responsibilities.
The Role You will be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Belfast office.
Helping to coordinate workloads, administration and general office operations.
Supporting solicitors and other members of the legal team.
Ensuring files, systems and internal processes are kept organised and up to date.
Assisting with the management of a small number of legal case files.
Liaising with clients and other parties where required.
Supporting the wider team across a high-volume caseload.
Helping to ensure deadlines and administrative requirements are met.
Taking responsibility for general office issues as they arise.
The Person We are looking for someone with: Previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment.
Strong organisational and office management skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office.
Experience dealing with legal files or casework.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
Litigation experience would be beneficial, particularly within a high-volume environment.
