PERSONAL ASSISTANT BELFAST We are working with a leading professional services organisation in Belfast that is looking to add an experienced Personal Assistant to its team.
This is a hands on support role where you will work closely with senior professionals, helping to manage their workload, organise priorities and ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly.
The position would be well suited to someone who is highly organised, confident working at pace and comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of PA responsibilities.
Organising business travel, accommodation and external meetings.
Assisting with billing administration and the preparation of invoices.
Helping to manage documents and information across active client matters.
Providing general support on internal projects and team requirements.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a PA position within professional services.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Previous experience with digital dictation.
Experience using legal or professional services systems for billing, time recording, document management or client onboarding would be an advantage.
