This is an opportunity to join a busy Corporate team as a Personal Assistant, supporting Partners and Fee Earners on a range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters. You will work with an international client base, providing high-quality administrative support.
You will be involved in:
- Providing administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners
- Producing high-quality documents, proposals and presentations
- Fast and accurate document production on corporate matters
- Onboarding new clients in line with compliance procedures
- Extensive diary management using Microsoft Outlook
- Booking meetings, conferences, travel and accommodation
- Supporting invoicing processes, including preparing and issuing invoices and following up outstanding balances
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project work
- Providing proactive support across departments, including occasional reception cover
The Person:
- 2 years experience as a PA within a professional services or partnership environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail with a professional, proactive approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
