Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Corporate Solicitor. This role sits within an award-winning team and involves advising leading corporates across all industry sectors, as well as private equity and venture capital investors, on strategic corporate activity.
The Person:
- Qualified lawyer with 4+ years post-qualification experience, ideally operating at senior associate level
- Strong corporate and M&A experience gained within a leading large, mid-tier, or high-quality boutique firm
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent drafting and technical skills
- Proven client relationship management capabilities and an interest in business development
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- A collaborative leader who actively supports team development and aligns with the firm's culture and values
