An excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive to join a busy, well-established firm in Belfast. This is a hands-on role offering autonomy, working across a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
The Role
- Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages with minimal supervision
- Conducting Land Registry applications and e-registrations
- Managing SDLT returns and completion statements
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Preparing contracts, transfers and title documentation
- Managing key dates and progressing transactions efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
The Person
- 2 years experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage files independently from open to close
- Strong knowledge of Land Registry, SDLT and conveyancing processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach
