A well-established Bangor law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Family & Matrimonial team. You will support fee earners across a range of family law matters including divorce, ancillary relief and child contact cases, providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence for family and matrimonial matters
  • Drafting routine court documents and assisting with case preparation
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties
  • Managing diaries, appointments and key court dates
  • Opening and closing files while maintaining accurate records
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners throughout the lifecycle of family law cases
