An excellent opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a law firm based in Wilmslow. As the Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for all cashiering duties, reporting into the Head of Finance.
Legal Cashier Responsibilities:- Processing client and office account transactions
- Producing invoices/receipted invoices
- Setting payments up on the banking system
- Bank reconciliation for office account daily
- Posting payments made and receipts into/from client account
- Monitoring the client account
- Scanning all credit card expenses receipts
- Month end reports
- Experience as a legal Cashier in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills and communication skills
