NC Associates are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant (Credit Control) to join an organisation based in Sandbach. You will be working in a small team and will have the sole responsibility of managing the Sales Ledger / Credit Control for the business. This role will naturally progress and offer you the exposure to month end management accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes
- Resolving any invoice queries
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Allocating payments to customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone, email etc
- Monitoring debtor balances
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Ledger / Credit Control role
- Strong understanding of invoicing, credit control, and account reconciliation
- Experience using Sage – Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
