A well-established dealership in Knutsford is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team. What You’ll Do
- Process purchase and sales invoices
- Post daily banking and allocate cash
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
- Assist with vehicle stock checks and month-end reconciliations
- Support the Dealership Accountant with ad-hoc finance tasks
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a motor trade dealership accounts role
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures
- Experience with a Dealer Management System (Kerridge, Autoline, etc.)
- Confident Excel skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines
- Team player with a proactive attitude
