I am currently working with a growing energy brokerage that supports businesses across the UK with their utility procurement and management. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated sector, the company prides itself on accuracy, compliance, and delivering a professional service to both clients and suppliers.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their on-site team. This is an office-based role providing central support to the Sales team, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Previous experience within the energy sector is essential for this position.

- Prepare, check, and submit sales contracts to suppliers
- Process pricing requests and follow up accordingly
- Validate energy invoices via the in-house portal
- Manage front sheet policy documentation
- Complete daily system checks (lock-ins, terminations, COTs, pending lives, issues logs)
- Provide updates on supplier and industry changes
- Complete sales audit and compliance tasks
- Produce sales and commission reports via CRM
- Act as first point of contact for inbound calls
- Minimum 12 months' experience within the energy sector (essential)
- Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
