An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Management Accountant to join this reputable business based in Wrexham. This role would be ideal for a candidate with all round experience in accounts, bookkeeping and purchase & sales ledger. As the Assistant Management Accountant you will be reporting into the Management Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Answering purchase/sales ledger queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and payments
- Reconciling bank balances
- Assisting with transactional processing duties (posting and raising invoices, credit control etc.)
- Weekly external payroll payments and journals
- Prepare monthly and annual ledger reconciliations
- Intercompany journals and recharges
- Allocation of expenses and credit cards
Experience Required:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Be AAT qualified
- Sage 50 experience would be desirable
- Experience working in an SME would be desirable
- Have strong interpersonal skills
