We're looking for an apprentice with Revit drafting skills to join our team in Maldon. Based on Maldon High Street, we work on good-quality, energy-efficient homes. This is a good local opportunity, a chance to train and build a career in architectural technology.

Responsibilities

  • You'll draft and model residential projects in Revit.
  • Work on site with our construction company, Totham Homes, inspecting builds and checking the work against the drawings.

We need someone who can already use Revit, has a good eye for detail, and wants to get on site and learn the trade properly.

Qualifications

Alongside the job you'll have the opportunity to study for a Level 4 qualification at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford — two days a week at university, three with us.
