We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate (Accounts Receivable) to join our Financial Operations team on a 1-year contract. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with our global AR processes, supporting payment reconciliation across 9 international regions, including EMEA and APAC. You will work closely with the AR team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of customer payments in NetSuite, supporting a high-growth, cross-border business.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile customer payments received across global bank accounts with invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Handle regional nuances in payment formats and clearing processes across EMEA, APAC, and other global markets.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payment allocation, duplicate payments, or missing remittances.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and AR team to maintain up-to-date records and resolve customer payment queries.
- Ensure clean audit trails and documentation for all reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities by ensuring all payments are posted and reconciled on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in AR, or financial operations preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to reconciliation tasks.
- Comfortable working in a late shift to align with global time zones.
- Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
