At Nivoda, we’re reimagining how the world buys and sells jewellery. Our global marketplace connects retailers and suppliers across diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery - already powering over $300M in annual transactions and scaling fast toward our billion-dollar vision. We’re bringing tech, data, and automation to a $350B industry that’s barely scratched the surface of digital transformation. The result? Explosive growth and massive opportunity powered by a team that makes it happen.

Our Mission

The idea of Nivoda was inspired by the ongoing inefficiency of diamond trading. We set out to develop the solution to help businesses, regardless of their size or location, increase their sales and margins, whilst removing the operational burden of sourcing diamonds.

About the role

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Product Manager, Growth to join our Growth team. In this role, you will own the full growth funnel from user acquisition and activation through to retention and revenue expansion and will use experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, and data. You will work closely with a cross-functional pod to design, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives that compound over time and move the needle on our core business metrics.

What will you be doing?

  • Growth Strategy & Execution
    • Define and own the growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRM) in alignment with company goals.
    • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing the full user funnel and pinpointing bottlenecks, drop-offs, and high-leverage levers.
    • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments, ensuring systematic testing and iteration.
  • Experimentation & Analytics
    • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
    • Translate quantitative data and qualitative user research into actionable product decisions.
    • Define, track, and report on key growth KPIs (e.g. activation rate, DAU/MAU, retention curves, conversion rates, LTV/CAC).
  • Product Development
    • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope, build, and ship growth-focused features (e.g. onboarding flows, referral programs, upsell prompts, lifecycle nudges).
    • Optimize in-product experiences that drive user activation and reduce time-to-value.
    • Work with marketing to align product touchpoints with go-to-market campaigns and lifecycle communications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Serve as the connective tissue between the Growth team and core product, marketing, sales, and data teams.
    • Present growth strategies, experiment results, and roadmap priorities to senior stakeholders.
    • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across the organization.

What do we need from you?

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with SQL, product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel), and experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely, LaunchDarkly).
  • Deep understanding of the growth funnel and experience optimizing at least two stages (e.g. acquisition + activation, or activation + retention).
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests with statistical rigor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style with the ability to influence without authority.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS, marketplace, or consumer tech environment.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models.
  • Exposure to CRM and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g. Braze, Intercom, Customer.io).
  • Background in growth marketing, data science, or business analytics.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
