About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join Nium’s growing Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Associate. This is a unique opportunity to start your career at the heart of a global fintech company, working directly with teams that shape Nium’s most important strategic initiatives. This position is intended as a long-term pathway into Nium; the expected outcome after the first year is transition into a full-time Project Analyst role. Reporting to the Global Head of PMO, who in turn reports to the COO, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how projects are planned, executed, and delivered in a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll be involved across three key areas:
- Supporting project management and strategic planning
- Contributing to reporting, communications, and cross-functional coordination
- Assisting the Global Head of PMO with strategic and operational priorities
This is a role that will be what you make of it—the more you put in, the more you’ll learn, contribute, and grow. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, such as regulatory and compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
