About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join Nium’s growing Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Associate. This is a unique opportunity to start your career at the heart of a global fintech company, working directly with teams that shape Nium’s most important strategic initiatives. This position is intended as a long-term pathway into Nium; the expected outcome after the first year is transition into a full-time Project Analyst role.
Reporting to the Global Head of PMO, who in turn reports to the COO, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how projects are planned, executed, and delivered in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be involved across three key areas:
- Supporting project management and strategic planning
- Contributing to reporting, communications, and cross-functional coordination
- Assisting the Global Head of PMO with strategic and operational priorities
This is a role that will be what you make of it — the more you put in, the more you’ll learn, contribute, and grow. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, such as regulatory and compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
