Take a hands-on leadership role within a small, high-performing engineering team in Real Estate Technology.
You'll drive technical delivery, actively write code, and champion continuous improvement across a range of projects.
Collaborate with central engineering communities to embed best practices and enhance service management for global users.
Experience in the banking or real estate sector is not required-what matters is your technical expertiseand ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop engineers, fostering accountability, teamwork, and technical excellence.
