Role Purpose
Take a hands-on leadership role within a small, high-performing engineering team in Real Estate Technology. You'll drive technical delivery, actively write code, and champion continuous improvement across a range of projects. Collaborate with central engineering communities to embed best practices and enhance service management for global users. Experience in the banking or real estate sector is not required - what matters is your technical expertise and ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop engineers, fostering accountability, teamwork, and technical excellence.
- Hands-On Delivery: Provide technical direction and actively contribute code to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote modern engineering standards, agile practices, and process enhancements.
- Service Management: Strengthen operational reliability and user satisfaction through improved incident, change, and problem management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and global teams to deliver on technology roadmaps.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Proven experience leading technical teams in complex environments.
- Strong coding skills and hands-on involvement in software delivery.
