Role : DAM
DAM Librarian to oversee content management and quality control, ensuring completeness in criteria like source files, tagging, and MLR sign-off.
Collaborate with creators to maintain a modular content library, conduct audits, optimize assets, and enable brand portals. Proficiency in Veeva/Aprimo and strong client interaction skills are essential.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Review Content/Assets Uploaded on the DAM platform
- Quality check for completeness of DAM and Copy Approval criteria such as β Source Files availability, Tagging, linked components, Rights Management, MLR Sign Off, Reference linking etc.
- Review/QC claims tied to promotional materials
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to identify and organize modular content components for efficient reuse and repurposing.
- Develop and maintain a commercial content library, ensuring proper categorization, version control, and accessibility of digital assets.
- Implement and enforce content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of modular content across various platforms and channels.
- Conduct audits and periodic reviews of the content library to identify outdated or redundant assets and initiate archiving or removal processes.
- Monitor usage and performance metrics of digital assets, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Creating Reporting Dashboards and maintaining them
- Tagging metadata/consultation on Taxonomy
- Coordinating with Brand teams/agencies / internal stakeholders in terms of completeness of metadata requirement/source files etc.
- Contributing to the adoption of DAM by sharing best practices and training the users in effective use of DAM
- Enabling Brand Portals β Creating portals as per requirements / guiding Portal administrators for managing the Portals effectively
- Work with Business and Technology Partners to enable/change the key features.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience DAM operations, experience with Veeva PromoMats will be a huge plus
- Experience reviewing promotional content
- MSOffice β Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically
- Proactive, ability to foresee risks and identify issues.
- Good understanding of concepts and can articulate effectively
Nice to Have:
- Any Certifications related to the platform like Aprimo certification, Veeva Vault Administration Certification, etc.
