About the Company

Employing around 200 staff members, the firm has expanded steadily over the years and now operates a number of offices across the North West, while maintaining a strong regional presence. Several departments also support clients across England and Wales. The practice has achieved a range of recognised industry accreditations throughout its service divisions, including the highly regarded Lexcel Practice Management Standard.

About the Role

An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience. A recognised private client qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. The role is primarily office-based, although occasional travel to alternative locations may be required, so access to personal transport for business purposes is necessary. The successful candidate will play an active role in building relationships within the local community, identifying opportunities for business development, and supporting existing clients with additional services across the department. The position requires strong experience in advising on and preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters. This opportunity would suit a motivated and proactive individual who is confident in managing their own workload and capable of working independently. Clear progression opportunities are available for the right candidate, alongside continued training, mentorship, and support from an experienced team.
