Nissan has a strong reputation for innovation. It is the responsibility of our product marketing, communications and marketing planning teams to ensure that the Nissan brand and product portfolio are successfully communicated and maintain a strong presence in the UK marketplace. Nissan continues to optimise product development and deliver highly innovative technology creating truly state-of-the-art vehicles. The teams work closely with world renowned advertising and PR agencies to support the delivery of exciting initiatives – from creating the world’s first remote control car, the 100% electric ice-cream van, to award winning partnerships campaigns.
Overall Purpose of Role

- How | Build a competitive and innovative Nissan Motability scheme, work with marketing programs, product marketing, sales functions and the dealer network to ensure competitiveness and excellence in all marketing touchpoints
- What | Project lead on Motability ensuring profit and volume is achieved
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Program management
- Effective planning of Quarterly Motability Campaigns, including ensuring strict Motability deadlines are met, for the launch of each new price list
- Develop competitive pricing strategy, using variable marketing expense to achieve target profit
- monitor cross carline mix and volume forecasts vs budget
- Maintain and generate ongoing performance reports
- Account Management
- Manage relationship with Motability Operations incl. product presentations, campaign inputs, troubleshooting
- Ensure Nissan Motability residual values are maximised through regular product briefings and performance updates
- Responsible for pricing/invoicing queries, pricing tables, one off pricing actions, validation of subsidy invoices
- Customer Journey
- Influence marketing and customer relationship journey, through liaison with Product Marketing and Communications
- Maintain Motability section of the Nissan website with quarterly pricing campaign
- Manage Motability events (e.g. Motability Scheme Live)
- Dealer Communication & Engagement
- Manage Motability Intranet and provide communication to dealer network and field team
- Develop dealer engagement plan (including dealer incentives)
- Maintain and create Motability customer and dealer pricing lists
- Work with poor performing dealers to reduce dealer dispersion (in liaison with field team)
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
