Job Title: QSW – CSWT – Maidstone Location: Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JQ Pay Rate: Up to £38 p/h Contract Duration: 31/03/2025 – 27/06/2025 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Social Work Team (CSWT) in Maidstone, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a positive impact within the community. Key Responsibilities: * Provide social work services to individuals and families in need of support. * Assess the needs of service users and develop care plans. * Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to deliver holistic care. * Safeguard vulnerable adults and children, ensuring compliance with all safeguarding procedures. * Support individuals in accessing appropriate community resources. Qualifications & Requirements: * Essential: Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work) * Essential: Registration with Social Work England (SWE). * Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly in community or adult services. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
