Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.
- Support order fulfilment processes such as picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for delivery.
- Perform inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse partners, and delivery service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory reports.
- Ensure products are stored properly according to company standards, especially for baby care products requiring quality and hygiene control.
- Support logistics improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
