Retail Sales Advisor #RetailUK This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for a Retail Sales Advisor to work in our Flagship Store, the NCEC (National Catering Equipment Centre). This is an impressive showroom which displays our full range of products, with a demo kitchen which regularly hosts events for our suppliers and customers. We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor 28 hours a week, across 6 days Flexible around working days and times, there will be some weekend and bank holiday working.

What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?

  • Delivers first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer\’s needs are met and customer\’s repeatedly return.
  • Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximize profitability of the store.
  • Contribute to the store outreach plan, with the use of your own local knowledge, which may include but is not limited to, outbound sales calls, visiting customers and participate in meetings and events in store.
  • Partake in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom through maximizing Store KPIs.
  • Accurately complete stock auditing tasks in line with managers guidance
  • Process customer payment transactions whilst adhering to policy.
  • Be accountable for reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
  • Uphold great standards of Cleaning in areas of shop floor, back areas, windows, fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues
  • Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations with the aim of a positive solution.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to Store.

  • Competitive hourly rate £11.70 and a benefit package.
