Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Regional Account Manager to join our Wholesale team and play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening dealer relationships, and expanding our presence across the South region. This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of around 100 catering equipment distributors. You will be central to delivering our commercial strategy through effective account management, product expertise, and insight‑led growth planning. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with our dealer network, deliver engaging product training, and use data to identify opportunities that increase revenue and margin. This is a dynamic role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels. You will work collaboratively with internal teams across Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support dealer success and ensure a consistent, customer‑focused experience. Key Accountabilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 dealer accounts, maximising revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
- Develop and execute tailored strategic growth plans for each account.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
- Use sales reporting, gap analysis, and market insight to identify new opportunities and drive account growth.
- Follow up on quotations and proactively manage the sales pipeline to secure successful outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed agreed KPIs across revenue, margin, visit activity, and sales performance.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a field‑based account management or sales role, ideally within catering equipment, foodservice, or a related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and execute effective growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident working with data to inform decisions and spot opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
