Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across our UK and EU operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and implementing direct mail, digital, and retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with our promotional calendar and brand strategy. This role will also support the wider team with campaign planning, content creation, and performance analysis, contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
This role will be based at our Digital Hub Access 18 office in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern after a period of training.
Key Accountabilities- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels.
- Brief and coordinate content for email marketing and homepage updates, and analyse campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, adhering to tone of voice and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Category, Pricing, and PPC to align messaging and campaign assets.
- Maintain and update the promotional calendar and marketing communications plan.
- Create and schedule social media content tailored to our customer audiences.
- Assist with the preparation of campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
- Provide administrative support for events, including audience targeting and feedback collation.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
- Support the delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role or relevant marketing qualifications (CIM or equivalent).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Trello, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and Adobe Analytics.
- Confident using social media platforms for content creation and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
