Team Leader in Bristol

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at Fourth Way for the 3pm to Midnight shift.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of colleagues to maintain the required output levels for a specific warehouse area, delivering results that exceed our KPIs. You will be responsible for coaching, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational targets on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs within your area.
• Coach, lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver operational targets.
• Manage operational processes within your area.
• Drive a culture of health and safety through leading by example.
• Communicate with your team regularly through team meetings.
• Lead disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, and grievance meetings when required.
• Experience in managing and working in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Natural coaching ability.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive for results.
