We are a marketing agency specialising in supporting digital creators through the management and promotion of their subscription-based and mainstream social media presence. We are looking for an organised and proactive Creative Assistant to support our creative and client services teams. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Staines, combining remote and office-based work. The position focuses on coordination, organisation, and high-level client communication, playing a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will act as a consistent point of contact for clients, managing requests, updates, and ongoing communication. Due to the nature of our client base, a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. This role requires flexibility and the ability to respond to client needs outside of standard working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining detailed content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Scheduling posts at optimal times to maximise reach and engagement
  • Acting as a key point of contact for assigned clients
  • Managing ongoing client communication, updates, and requests
  • Coordinating deadlines and deliverables with creators and internal teams
  • Ensuring consistent posting frequency and brand tone across accounts
  • Reviewing content for accuracy, quality, and compliance before scheduling
  • Managing revisions and reschedules as required

  • Organising digital assets and ensuring correct file usage
  • Flagging gaps, delays, or potential issues in the content schedule
  • Maintaining clear records of published and scheduled content
