The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
What you’ll do:
- Available to work a rota with a range of shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Specific set shifts on a two week rolling rota, with additional hours as required by the needs of the business.
- Able to undertake long periods of work whilst standing and physically capable of realising this.
- To be active in the Housekeeping Role and lead by example at all times.
- Oversee the shift, organising, directing and delegating those working in Housekeeping and Laundry.
- Assist with ensuring a high standard of laundry is available, in all areas, at all times.
- Assist with training of new starters into the department.
- Complete spot checks, feedback and training.
- Assist with staffing of the department.
- Adhere to manual handling guidelines.
- To be presentable, mature, professional and discreet at all times.
