What You’ll Do
- Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, polished, and intuitive service aligned with the retreat’s serene ambiance
- Anticipate guest needs and manage enquiries with discretion and care
- Support personalised dining experiences, including dietary needs and special occasions
- Team Leadership
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring front-of-house staff
