Overall aim of the role: We are looking for people who share our energy, enthusiasm and passion for creating the best experience possible for our guests. As a supervisor within our Restaurant team, you will play a key role in the overall customer experience, working with a team on shift to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love. You must have a flexible approach to hours of work, which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous restaurant or bar experience is essential.
What you’ll do: Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Setting up the department for the day
- Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered at all times
- Allocating breaks for staff where necessary on shift
- Completing shift handovers for the management team
- Ensuring the department is always fully operational, reporting maintenance & IT faults
- Training staff on Customer Services skills, upselling products, appropriate Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Cashing up tills on shift
- Following licensing regulations
