We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, elevate guest service, and lead the front-of-house team with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. What You’ll Do

  • Guest Experience
    • Deliver warm, polished, and intuitive service aligned with the retreat’s serene ambiance
    • Anticipate guest needs and manage enquiries with discretion and care
    • Support personalised dining experiences, including dietary needs and special occasions
  • Team Leadership
    • Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring front-of-house staff
    • Lead by example with calm, confident, guest-focused leadership
    • Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide ongoing coaching
  • Operations
    • Oversee floor service and coordinate smoothly with the kitchen
    • Maintain impeccable dining spaces and uphold health & safety standards
    • Support inventory management and service transitions across all meal periods and events
  • Financial & Administrative
    • Assist with labour control, staffing levels, and POS/cash procedures
    • Support planning and delivery of special events and private dining
