Our facilities boast a beautiful spa restaurant and an elegant, year-round garden pergola, each with a relaxed ambiance and stunning pool views. Our experienced chefs use top quality, locally sourced produce to create innovative new dishes. We prioritise good health and great flavours, whilst catering for a wide range of tastes and appetites including vegan and free‑from options.

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie who:

What you’ll do:

  • Lead your section smoothly and efficiently
  • Work with local, premier and artisan suppliers
  • Prepare, cook and present the best dishes to our guests
  • Create new dishes and contribute to innovative new menus
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Continually strive towards achievement and improvement

What we’ll offer you:

You will benefit from predictable and unique working patterns, working an average of 42 hours per week based on a 2 week rota consisting of 3 x 12 hour days one week, and 4 x 12 hour days the next. We are dedicated to the development of our chefs; we invest in comprehensive training plans and offer fantastic career progression pathways.
