West Court Retreat is seeking a warm, organised, and guest-focused Dining Host to be the first point of contact in our dining experience. This role is key to creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth dining room flow and exceptional hospitality.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 or over due to the requirement of selling alcohol.
- Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and wait times.
- Maintain a serene, attentive dining environment aligned with retreat values.
- Present menus, explain daily offerings, and support dietary requirements.
- Coordinate guest flow with service, bar, and kitchen teams.
- Keep dining areas clean, organised, and visually appealing.
