West Court Retreat is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Support Staff to help deliver a seamless, high-quality dining experience. This position supports servers and food service staff by maintaining clean, organised dining areas; assisting with table setups; ensuring prompt clearing of dishes; and offering friendly, attentive service that aligns with the retreat’s hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 or over due to the requirement of selling alcohol.
- Please note, West Court Retreat is not on a public transport route, so please consider necessary travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with greeting and seating guests as needed
- Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently during service
- Support waitstaff and bar team by delivering food, drinks, and water
- Maintain clean, organised dining and service areas
- Refill beverages and assist guests with simple requests
- Support opening and closing duties, including restocking and polishing
Skills & Competencies:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
