Fully Remote (UK)
Are you a hands-on GTM systems builder who speaks the language of a CRO? I am partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up to find a RevOps Architect. Reporting directly to the Director of RevOps, this is not a back-office IT support role and it is not a hands-off "strategy and whiteboard" leadership role. We are looking for a true Platform Owner. Someone who lives in the weeds of the CRM, wires up the API integrations, builds complex automations from scratch and genuinely cares about pipeline velocity, CAC and revenue growth. If you are obsessed with modern, AI-native GTM tech stacks and want total autonomy to build the ultimate revenue engine, this is for you.
What You Will Actually Do:
- Own the Architecture: Act as the technical platform owner for a scaling GTM engine, translating commercial sales strategy into bulletproof backend CRM architecture.
- Build the Integrations: Stitch together a modern RevOps stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Outreach) ensuring seamless data flow from lead to revenue.
- Lead the AI Initiative: Pioneer the rollout of AI-native operations (Agentforce, AI SDR agents, etc.) to automate outbound workflows and reduce manual admin for the sales team.
- Drive Funnel Efficiency: Build advanced lead routing, dynamic scoring models, and executive-level pipeline coverage dashboards to continuously optimise performance.
Who We Are Looking For:
The Non-Negotiables: You must have proven, hands-on experience spanning Revenue Operations, Salesforce, and CRM Architecture.
The RevOps DNA: You understand B2B SaaS unit economics. You aren't just fulfilling IT tickets; you are actively looking for ways to reduce friction in the sales cycle and commercialise data.
The "Clicks Not Code" Builder: You are a Salesforce Advanced Administrator/App Builder. You don't need to write custom Apex, but you are a master of complex Flows, custom objects, and API webhooks.
The Scale-up Hustle: You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments. You know how to build scalable processes without corporate red tape.
The Package: Fully Remote (UK). The autonomy to completely own and shape a modern GTM tech stack.
