- Morning Shift: 8:15 AM - 10:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM
About Us: Nirvana Day Centre provides a warm, inclusive, and supportive space for adults in need of daytime care and companionship. We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver to safely transport our clients each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete up to 4 pick-ups daily in Slough/Maidenhead.
- Transport clients from their homes to the centre in the morning, and return them in the afternoon.
- Assist clients in and out of the vehicle as needed.
- Some clients have dementia; ensure child lock is used in the car.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Ensure punctual and smooth journeys.
- Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and staff.
- Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Use of your own reliable vehicle (petrol allowance provided).
- Previous experience with elderly or vulnerable adults is a bonus.
- Friendly, patient, punctual, and dependable.
