Nirvana Brands is a distributor of latent brands of leading international fragrance companies. Currently, we work with the following brands: GUY LAROCHE, PALOMA PICASSO, GLORIA VANDERBILT, MAROUSSIA, DANIEL HECHTER, EAU JEUNE, ROLLING STONES, SARAH JESSICA PARKER, ANTONIO BANDERAS AND SHAKIRA.
JOB PURPOSE
Nirvana Brands are seeking a proactive individual to assume the role of Order Management and Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and experiences, preferably with a background in shipping and logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of orders and coordinating the seamless flow of stock from Nirvana\’s warehouses to our valued retailers and customers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to process customer orders, address inquiries, and provide comprehensive support. Additionally, coordinate the logistics involved in all shipments.
- Arrange transportation and meticulously organise deliveries to meet customer demands, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.
- Facilitate the movement of stock from our strategically located warehouses in the UK, France, and the US.
- Generate purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and stock
