Airfreight Sales Executive in Colnbrook

Marketingagentur Nirtl is hiring an Airfreight Sales Executive based in Colnbrook.

We are recruiting a results-driven professional to work with our growing team, combining office work with time spent travelling to meet clients and grow our airfreight business.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify, target, and win new airfreight business.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, agents, and customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate rates and commercial agreements.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of airfreight sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business and growing revenue.
• Strong understanding of airfreight products, pricing, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package & Benefits
