At Nippybot, we work with delivery partners to improve last-mile operations. We’re now hiring an Operations Manager on behalf of one of our partners in the food delivery space.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of daily delivery operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, solving problems in real time, and continuously improving performance. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, taking initiative, and making things work under pressure, this is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own day-to-day delivery operations (orders, dispatch, completion)
  • Ensure deliveries are fast, reliable, and efficient
  • Manage and coordinate drivers/riders
  • Handle real-time issues (delays, cancellations, escalations)
  • Analyse performance data and improve processes
  • Work closely with support to fix root causes (not just symptoms)
