RequirementsWhat you´ll do?
- Manage end‑to‑end ocean freight: Take full ownership of FCL and LCL import and export shipments, coordinating with overseas offices, ensuring timely documentation, accurate costing, and proactive customer updates.
- Build strong customer relationships: Communicate clearly and proactively, resolve issues efficiently, and provide practical, customer focused solutions that strengthen trust.
- Monitor shipment progress: Track and manage ETDs and shipment milestones, keeping internal systems up to date with accurate, real time information.
- Collaborate with global partners: Work closely with agents, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and high service performance.
- Prepare and control documentation: Issue and manage transport documents, maintain electronic shipment data, and ensure all records meet compliance and operational standards.
- Ensure accurate billing: Prepare final invoices, validate costs against agreements and shipment files, and process supplier invoices promptly to support correct accruals and prevent overdue accounts.
- Experience in ocean freight: Practical background in ocean freight or logistics, with a solid understanding of import and export processes.
