In this position, you will take full ownership of the shipment lifecycle, mastering the balance between shipment coordination, transport documentation, and financial accuracy to ensure every arrival is seamless. Requirements

• Full Lifecycle Air Import Management: Manage the full life cycle of air import shipments, liaising directly with airlines to ensure timely cargo release.
• Logistics & Transport Coordination: Optimize fleet schedules and subcontracted haulage to manage efficient, cost-effective collections and deliveries.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term partnerships through proactive communication and swift resolution of shipment queries.
• Operational Compliance & ETSF: Oversee ETSF operations and monitor customs systems to ensure rapid shipment turnover and documentation accuracy.
• Financial Administration & Billing: Accurately allocate arrival costs and manage the invoicing process, ensuring data aligns with customer agreements to minimize errors.
• Inter‑departmental Collaboration: Partner with warehouse and export teams to maintain precise internal records and achieve operational KPIs in line with Service Level Agreements.

What you’ll need?
