Senior Product Development Manager - Trucking Division EMEA (f/m/d)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Development Manager (f/m/d) for our Trucking Division EMEA. In this role, you will lead the operational development by designing and implementing the most efficient and effective process structures to continuously improve our operating model and reduce operational costs. You will be responsible for creating and standardizing operational processes within the department, managing carrier and partner relationships, and driving network planning and optimization across the EMEA region. Additionally, you will harmonize processes across all NX entities in EMEA, lead key operational projects within the trucking division, and support the development and execution of the trucking strategy. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the ongoing evolution of our product offerings.

These are your key tasks:

• Develop and implement operational processes within the department
• Manage carrier and partner relationships, including procurement activities
• Plan and optimize the logistics network to improve efficiency and service quality
• Harmonize processes across all NX entities within the EMEA region
• Lead operational projects within the Trucking Division, ensuring successful execution
• Support the creation and implementation of the Trucking strategy across EMEA
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, minimum
• Good communication skills in English and German (B2 level)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in international logistics companies, with a focus on Road Transportation
• First leadership experience and ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in communicating with diverse personalities across the organization
• Excellent self-management skills, including the ability to establish structure in daily work, handle unplanned issues alongside routine tasks, and work independently within your areas of responsibility
• Ability to see the big picture and think creatively outside the box
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with commonly used tender platforms
