The Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator - RFQs to support the sales organisation by managing the administration and coordination of customer RFQs and tenders, both locally and internationally. This role plays a key part in helping the business increase RFQ win rates by ensuring tender submissions are well organised, competitive and aligned with operational capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders including air and ocean product teams, helping to gather pricing, service solutions and operational input required for competitive tender responses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a commercial, fast-paced logistics environment and has strong organisational and coordination skills.
What you will do:
- Manage the administration and coordination of RFQs and tenders for both local and overseas customers
- Liaise with air and ocean product heads to obtain pricing, service information and operational input
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions
- Support the sales team by ensuring RFQ responses are completed within deadlines
- Maintain and organise tender documentation and RFQ records
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve RFQ success rates and sales processes
- Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure proposals align with customer requirements and company capabilities
